why does the game over scene once unlocked just doesnt show up, its just a black thing with an x on the top. 1 of the scene works but the rest of them are just black...

Game doesn't save progress on exit with the windows version for some reason.
It looks like the save gets replaced by a Normal difficulty game with no progress after doing the following: Close Game > Open Game > Settings > Adjust any volume slider > Apply > Continue (your save will be gone).
So avoid changing your sound using the in-game settings so you can keep your save progress and instead adjust the application sound using the volume mixer or your device sound on mobile.

question solved, and it's just me or the defeat scenes have problem showing
Cleared most of it only seem to be unable to get 1 animation.
from the Game over scenes in the gallery the first 3 do not seem to work.
I get the same issue.
The defeated lewd scenes for Rosalia, Flynn and Alleria don't seem to be displaying when I open them in the gallery (tried on both WIN or Android).
Also, I'm not sure if I'm just really unlucky, but I can't seem to get the Lucia defeat.
I'm getting the same issue as you all, and yes you are unlucky cause I got the Lucia defeat scene, although it was after many many defeats.
I just tried many more times and finally got the Lucia scene.

Awesome Game!
I crashed when clearing level 23. I had a massive line of dandelions damaging the enemy base, and when the base was reduced to 10 HP the game froze and crashed. I still got the level clear, but the crash was annoying.
